This Order & Service Policy applies to all service requests, bookings, and orders made through the Fiebco Service website, application, or any official communication channels. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.
2. Service Ordering Process
Customers can request services by:
- Selecting the required service from our platform
- Providing accurate service details (location, scope, preferred date & time)
- Confirming the order request through the checkout or booking process
Once submitted, the order is considered a service request and is subject to confirmation by Fiebco Service.
3. Order Confirmation
- Orders are not final until confirmed by Fiebco Service
- Confirmation may be provided by email or platform notification
- We reserve the right to request additional information before confirmation
If a service cannot be delivered as requested, the customer will be informed promptly.
4. Pricing & Cost Calculation
Service prices may be calculated based on one or more of the following:
- Service type and complexity
- Time-based rates (hourly, daily, or monthly)
- Area, quantity, load size, or manpower requirements
- Equipment or machinery needs (e.g., forklift rental)
Final pricing may be:
- Fixed (as displayed), or
- Adjusted after site assessment or clarification
Any price adjustments will be communicated before service execution.
5. Scheduling & Availability
- Service dates and times are scheduled based on availability
- Customers must ensure site access at the agreed time
- Delays caused by site inaccessibility may result in additional charges
For subscription or long-term services, schedules are agreed separately in writing.
6. Changes & Cancellations
6.1 Order Changes
- Changes must be requested as early as possible
- Significant changes may affect pricing or scheduling
6.2 Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at booking
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges
- Already incurred costs (labor, transport, rentals) may not be refundable
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Ensuring safe and legal working conditions
- Informing us of site-specific risks or restrictions
- Obtaining any required permissions or access rights
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or prevent service delivery.
8. Health & Safety
Fiebco Service operates under strict health and safety standards:
- Our teams follow applicable German and EU safety regulations
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is used when required
- Services may be refused or stopped if unsafe conditions are identified
Safety-related decisions are final and made to protect all parties.
9. Service Completion & Acceptance
- Services are considered completed once the agreed scope is delivered
- Customers should inspect services upon completion
- Any concerns must be reported promptly
Additional work outside the original scope requires a new order or approval.
10. Subscriptions & Long-Term Projects
- Subscription-based services and long-term projects are governed by separate agreements
- Terms may include service frequency, response times, and pricing structures
- Subscription services may be announced as “Coming Soon” and activated later
11. Limitation of Liability
- Fiebco Service is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or customer-related issues
- Liability is limited to the scope defined in the confirmed order
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or undocumented site issues
12. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to German jurisdiction.
